Point 3(iii) - Warranty void if slab is exposed to 'ultraviolet radiation'.
#Cloudburst quartz install
Point 3(ii) - If you have a shop or stonemason cut the slab to size and install it for you.warranty void. However Point 3(xvi) says the warranty is void if not installed by a qualified licensed stonemason. So if you bought it through a kitchen or bathroom shop and they installed it.warranty void. Point 3(i) - If anyone other than Caesarstone instals the product the warranty is void. I won't go over every point but have a look. If you are like me you probably just skim over the details of a warranty but don't really read them.

WHY? Simply put this product does not come with a warranty. The end result is that Caesarstone Australia will not do anything about it. It was another 2 weeks before someone came to the house to inspect the island. It took them 10 WEEKS for someone to finally respond to me. I contacted caesarstone with an email containing pictures and all the other relevant details.

In the past 6 months 1 of those pieces has started to change colour (see photos). The island usually gets 1-2 hours of indirect sunlight per day (seasonal). We don't have kids (counter gets gentle use), rarely drink red wine (stains), always use wooden chopping boards if we are placing something hot on the island and we use the caesarstone cleaning product as advised. We have a 4m x 1.2m Caesarstone kitchen island bench made of 2 slabs. We spent nearly $15000 on Caesarstone for our kitchen, laundry room and granny flat. I felt the same anger in my chest as i looked at your photos as i had when i walked through that parking lot bear hugging a dishwasher. This is the worst fabrication job i have ever seen or heard of and i would have tore it out my self and brought it back to the company and threw it on the floor of their show room. The moral of the story is some times you have to lose your 'shit' to get them to listen. The next day i picked a new dishwasher was given a really good deal on top of it, and i was treated like royalty while i was there (I was alone this time my wife was too embarrassed to go back with me). When i got home there was a message waiting for me from the sales guy that sold it to me saying to come back in tomorrow and we would work something out. I bear hugged it walked it in kicking the doors open and dropped it on the floor right in the front lobby of the store and walked out while some one was saying 'sir you cant leave that there'. That evening after work i ripped it out threw it in my truck and drove it to the store. They refused and said they will service it again not to worry its on warranty. 4 visits and still problems i called and said i want a different brand come get this piece of crap. I once had a brand new dishwasher that kept malfunctioning and they kept sending a repair man.
